When I replaced the regular old North Roads on Robert, I felt like my posture improved dramatically, and not to go all yoga, but my chest felt open, my shoulders dropped and my neck relaxed- it was really dramatic, and I still feel it when I get on the bike after a hard day at the computer.cyclerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10331461189944538729noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8356723782465446786.post-56018071386658746942010-03-09T01:16:36.284-05:002010-03-09T01:16:36.284-05:00That is exactly how my DL-1 feels: I can go quite ...That is exactly how my DL-1 feels: I can go quite fast without effort. No idea how they do it, but it's great. I actually prefer the narrower handlebars, so that part is no problem for me.

Unless you are enjoying doing these hours of work yourself, I really would suggest just giving the bike to Harris. It will be less expensive in the long run and will be done faster. Of course if the fun is in the process for you, that's another matter.Velouriahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00359329171411037482noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8356723782465446786.post-64547408594867257002010-03-09T00:49:45.541-05:002010-03-09T00:49:45.541-05:00The fender really DID come off nicely and I'm ...The fender really DID come off nicely and I'm sure the chain case will as well before you are done.Steve Ahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13650405341304401203noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8356723782465446786.post-34282693538366131472010-03-08T22:18:28.326-05:002010-03-08T22:18:28.326-05:00Sorry, just adjusting the shifter cable length, us...Sorry, just adjusting the shifter cable length, using the little barrel and nut thingie! I have only just begun to learn the adjustment of an SA hub (from Broadway Bikes) - but that is when it is on a stand.

Maybe the same can sort of be done standing on the bike? Is it the same sort of thing: find the neutral gear between 2nd and 3rd - should be about halfway between the two on the shifter?Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05542610063092732068noreply@blogger.com
