The cartooning is a little lame (it's some kind of automated text to cartoon program I think?)
but this just drives home the absurd logic and ridiculous premises behind the last 50 years of urban transportation planning.

This made me too vexed to watch the whole thing. I live on a narrow street that serves as a shortcut between commercial districts. The situation described here is far too familiar to be funny. Sadly, the logic displayed is spot-on to what comes out of our city's traffic planners' mouths on a regular basis.
