  3. Hey, I've been reading your blog for a while and really enjoy it. I appreciate that your take on cycling is so beautifully everyday and utilitarian. I've been a mountain biker and road cyclist for ever but just recently was able to return to bike commuting (WAHOO!). Since you manage to cycle in real clothes and yucky weather I was wondering if you would consider doing a post on how you manage to stay cute and dry in rainy weather. All the info I can find says use fenders, wear spandex or rain pants, and deal with it. I'm hope you have a different perspective (especially as a lady) as I try to figure this out. I ended up looking like a drowned rat this week and since I'm in sales, that wasn't so cool. Thanks!

  4. Ha! I call this "anonymous asshole syndrome." And what's really frightening to me is that I'm starting to see it replicated with cyclists on the bike path. CatMan, my better half, doesn't let them get away with it. He'll either stop or chase people down to confront them (politely) and it totally freaks people out. It's like people somehow forget that those are other human beings out there not nameless, faceless objects whose only purpose is to annoy them!
